  Is my vehicle insured?
Yes, we work exclusively with carriers that are legally bonded and insured. We require these carriers to carry between $100,000 to $1,000,000 in insurance coverage. Your vehicle(s) will be insured against damage caused by carrier negligence during transit or equipment failure of the carrier.

Does my estimate include door to door shipping?
Yes, Door-to-Door shipping is included in the estimate that we sent you. Since many cities have restrictions on large trucks that prohibit them from driving into certain residential areas, the driver will get as close to your door as possible within the legal and safe limits of your city. If access to your home is limited or restricted by narrow streets, speed bumps or tight turns, or low-hanging trees, the driver may ask that you meet him/her at a convenient location nearby.

Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden costs. The estimate that we sent you includes the fuel surcharge, tolls, door-to-door shipping (as stated above) as well as insurance coverage. If your vehicle is not running or is oversized, we require that you inform us of this prior to scheduling the transport so that we may provide with an accurate estimate.

How long does it take for delivery?
Transit times vary depending on the origin and destination points as well as the carrier’s route and load schedule. Our dispatch department will make every effort possible to provide you with an accurate pick up and delivery date, however, these dates are not guaranteed. Once we assign your transport to a carrier, we will provide you with an estimated pick up and delivery date so that you will have time to make any necessary arrangements.

Do I have to be present when you pick up or delivery my vehicle?
Someone must be present at the time of pick up and delivery. If you are unable to do so, you may provide us with another authorized contact person to sign on your behalf after the driver does a vehicle inspection. Since most transports are paid for upon delivery, you will need to provide your contact person with the necessary form of payment.

Can I pack personal items in the car?
Since most auto transport companies are not licensed or insured to carry household goods, we allow up to 100 pounds of soft goods only to be packed in the trunk of the car. Please note, liability insurance does not cover loss or damage to personal items. Firearms, hazardous materials, illegal substances, or contraband are not permitted.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Amex, VISA, Master Card, Discover, money orders, electronic transfer, or company checks for the initial deposit. The remaining balance will be paid upon delivery by cash, cashiers check or postal money order. Full prepayments may be accepted providing that it is arranged in advance and will require an additional fee.
